These Terms of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the website vault-archives.com.
Vault Archives delivers its products to the following zones: France, all of Europe (EU), United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Morocco, and United Arab Emirates.
The products sold are designer clothing and accessories, either secondhand vintage or brand-new archive pieces. Due to their nature, particularly for secondhand items, products may show signs of wear or age, which are detailed and photographed on each product page. The buyer accepts the product as is. Vault Archives unconditionally guarantees the authenticity of every item offered.
Prices are indicated and billed exclusively in Euros (€).
For Deliveries within the European Union: Prices include all applicable taxes (TTC), excluding delivery fees.
For Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Morocco, United Arab Emirates): Prices are net and do not include import taxes. Customs duties, local taxes, or import duties will be claimed by local authorities and transport services upon delivery (DDU/DAP mode). These fees and administrative formalities are the sole responsibility and at the expense of the buyer.
Geographical Restriction: In accordance with legal regulations, the right of return applies only to customers located within the European Union (including France). All orders shipped outside of the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Morocco, and United Arab Emirates) are final, firm, and definitive. No return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted or processed for these international destinations.
Timeframe (EU Only): European customers have a legal period of 14 days after receiving their package to request a return via their customer account.
Return Shipping Fees (EU Only): Return shipping fees are fully at the expense of the customer. Vault Archives does not provide prepaid return labels. The customer must organize and pay for the return shipment using a tracked delivery service.
Refund Conditions: Upon validation of the return, the refund will cover the price of the product(s) purchased as well as the standard initial delivery fees (shipping fees paid by the customer during checkout).
Strict Eligibility Conditions: Due to the high value, fragility, and rarity of designer vintage pieces, no return will be accepted if the product tag, security seal, or distinctive branding has been removed, cut, or altered. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its exact original condition, matching the description and photographs provided at the time of sale.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
