Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Customers located within the European Union may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
